Refund and Returns Policy of Jasfira

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the garment must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance offers
  • Customized or altered garments
  • Intimate wear or inner garments (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards

To initiate a return, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your product back without contacting us first.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Garments returned with minor signs of wear
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Items damaged due to customer handling
  • Returns initiated after 30 days from delivery

Refunds

Once your returned garment is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • Recheck your bank account
  • Contact your credit/debit card provider
  • Reach out to your bank, as processing times may vary

Sale Items

Only regular-priced garments are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for garments that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered. To request an exchange, please email us at support@jasfira.com.

Gifts

If the garment was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit equal to the value of the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser’s payment method.

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

For high-value orders, we recommend using a trackable courier service. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
